Patent Agent / Patent Attorney
We are looking for a patent prosecution professional, registered patent agent or patent attorney, ready to own a portfolio of electrical and computer technology matters from invention disclosure through issuance. You won't be buried in a drafting queue waiting your turn. You'll work directly with Partners and clients, build real technical strategy, and file patents that are built to do something.
Patent Litigation Associate / Senior Associate
We're looking for a litigation attorney with federal court experience who wants substantive case ownership early, not a support-only associate track buried in document review. You'll work directly with Partners on matters that define industries, immersed in every major technology venue: Federal Courts, the ITC, and the PTAB.
